Well, since no-one here responded to a query about creating dial-up scripts for ISP accounts I figure no one knows how to make them.
In OS X 10.0.x and 10.1.x it was not possible to have an automated login if your ISP used a non-standard login sequence. You had to use a terminal window (not related to Terminal.app): e.g. you first login manually to a UNIX command line, and then launch a ppp service from the command line which the Mac OS X then detects as a PPP connection. Anyway, in OS X 10.2 and up it is possible to login automatically, even to recalcitrant ISPs. All you have to do is use your OS 9 dial-up Remote Access script. You can have OS 9 create a login script based on your typing, or if your ISP provides a Remote Access script for OS 9, you can use it. All you have to do is create the folder Terminal Scripts in the root folder, Library -- i.e. /Library/Terminal Scripts (*not* in your home folder, i.e. ~/Library/Terminal Scripts). You then copy the Remote Access script into said folder and you can then select that script from the "Advanced PPP Options" preferences in the Networking preferences pane (for Modems obviously). If you have a script that was provided by your ISP chances are it has the coding to automatically insert the password/login (which it gets from your Navigation preference pane), otherwise the password/login will be hardcoded into the script (if that's a concern for you, you should learn how to modify the script a little using the \Password and \Login commands to replace your hardcoded password/login).
