Hi Amber! It's your old online friend Liz here (stepping out for moment from my usual "lurk!" Two weeks ago I tried out Blacks online service. It was really easy and convenient. There was an online cropping tool, which I used, and thought was a bit clumsy. Next time I will crop my pix in my software before I upload them.
I chose to have the finished product sent to my local Blacks store (I could have had them mailed to me) where I picked them up. Service took 6 days. I was kept informed by email of the status of my order..email when they were printed, more email when they were shipped into Canada Post, and an estimate of delivery time. I had no complaints with any part of the procedure, and the prints were great. (I have always liked their photofinishing.) Cost was 80 cents per print. I just had 12 pix done as a test run and I plan to do a test run with Kodak the next time. I recommend doing the "test run" procedure until you are happy with the results. If I were still living in BC I would be trying London Drugs, because back then I finally settled on LD in Park Royal as the best photofinisher on the North Shore. They did great work.
