A heads-up. I ordered a 20Gb iPod, free ground shipping...arrived 7 days after i placed the order. It came with a "protective" case to protect it when carrying the iPod. The case has a small tag at the top on the inside bearing the Apple logo. If you insert your iPod into the case with the controls and screen facing this tag, your screen and front cover are easily scratched. This is very disappointing and a hard way to find out. Has anyone else experienced this?
