Ahem ! I am in God's country but I have fond boyhood memories of the Muskoka area. My dad surveyed the route of the highway into Algonquin park and we had 2 cottages on Lake of Bays from 1953 'til 1964.
My memories of Huntsville are the amount of double-parking that occurred on the main drag and the fact that the only time I saw the OPP was when they directed the traffic jam in the A&P parking lot on Saturday morning!
