WTB: SCSI adapter (HD50 -> HD68)

I am looking for the following adapter to attache the SCSI 3 card in 
my V&W to by SCSI 2 Jaz Drive:

SCSI adapter, HD50 female (with latch locks) to Wide SCSI-3 HD68 
female (with thumb Screws).

Anybody have one or know where I can get one inexpensively?
