Hi :)

It could be one off two things: You may have the preference turned off for
Safari to load images, automatically. The second possibility is that the
websites you're accessing might be looking for an image where it doesn't
exist.  In this case, there's nothing you can do.

If the problem is intermittent, its the website's fault. If the problem is
constant, you may have unknowingly turned off the autoloading preferences
for graphics. Any web application does not require a special plug-in to load
jpeg or gif (or most any other common) graphic file format.
