Would a politician's use of a Mac influence my vote? - Maybe.
If he/she bragged about it and slagged the competition for their Windoze use - No!
If the link was made between PC use in public schools and increased cigarette smoking in teenage girls. - Definitely!

Thank god this is a quiet list... Sometimes too quiet!

It has been especially quiet lately. So, purely for the fun of it, here's a not-very-serious question we can kick around.

Back in the February edition of MacWorld, Roger Ebert made this comment
while talking about the prevalence of Macs in movies.

"... since any reasonable person would choose a Mac over a PC, Apple's
market share does provide us with an accurate reading of the percentage
of reasonable people in our society."

Given the obvious truth of his logic and in reference to the upcoming
election, here's my question:

Would a politician's choice of Macintosh over a Windows box influence
your vote?

(Remember, this is supposed to be fun. No party politics,
electioneering or personalities.)
