I've actually had that problem with a client that had business HSE a long time ago (I think probably in 2000). It had to do with the MAX MTU setting. You will need to change it, as noted in the previous message. However, the change needs to be done on the router. Changing it on the router completely solved the problem for me then. It may not be required to change it on your Mac. I am not sure why Outlook Express worked anyways, but Netscape Mail would always refuse to send large messages.
