Have you tried CPUsed (http://www.cpused.com)? I believe they're at Bathurst and Dupont. They used to sell parts, but I'm not sure now although they still sell used Macs.
Also there's Carbon Computing (http://www.carbonation.com) which is on Queen Street East (just east of Broadview).
