Nope, sorry, not what I am seeing. I have the Music Store link, as per normal. What's new is that when I am offered the option of browsing any of the existing country links, instead of being taken to that country's Music Store page for browsing, I am thrown back onto the page that says the Store is not available in my country.
If this is the Canadian store coming then YES, this is VERY COOL.
