PowerBook repair in Canada

[JAE]

My Apple "TiBook" G4/400 Powerbook has a pair of thin green vertical 
lines running up the screen lately. Sometimes there are three but 
mostly two. I've tried reinstalling the OS with no luck.
Would anyone know what the cause might be, what to do about it and 
could anyone recommend the best place to send a G4 PBook for repair in 
Canada?
