As far a eBay issues.
The other second largest Canadian scam that I've experienced
is sellers requiring you to include GST, but refusing to
provide you with their GST number. Collecting GST
but not remitting it to CCRA I'm guessing is a pretty
serious issue, but I'm surprised at the number of sellers
who will not provide you with one upon request.
I guess not enought people are challenging these sellers
on it. Every reputable seller will give you one if they
are charging it.
I'm guessing a report to Canada Customs and Revenue
Agency carries more weight than negative feedback.
