The only other Mac tax software I was aware of was GriffTax from Colin Griffiths et Associs Lte. It appears the name and owner of this software has changed since the GriffTax web site links to TaxTron software now (www.taxtron.ca). It is a Classic application. I don't know if the new Taxtron Mac software is the same as the olf GriffTax because the 2004 version is not yet released. There is a flash demo on their web site. I personnaly had a 2002 demo version of griffTax but never tried it.
I think I'll try Taxtron this year if there is the only Mac tax software available around here... I don't want tu use some web based tax service (I prefer to keep my personnal info on my hard drive...).
Revenu Canada and their provincial counterparts keep a list of the accredited tax softwares on their web sites. May be the first place to search...
I'm eager to hear other mac users too about their Mac tax software experiences.

To do my family's income tax I have used Intuit's QuickTAX for Macintosh for the past eight years, but this year I have been informed that they are dropping support for the Macintosh. Very disappointing.
Are there any alternatives for doing your 2004 Income Tax on the Macintosh? What do other MAC users use?
