S/he has to do exactly the same.

I just received a similar package from the US, and an identical form was used
to list value/nature of parcel.
Tell him/her that the 'form' is ~2x3", green in colour and has 4 or so fields
to be filled. You don't nee to be a rocket scientist to fill this one.

Subject: USPS long & compex forms?

Hi,
I have a swapper in US that do not want to ship by USPS because he
said he will have to fill long & complex forms.
Anybody knows what shipping a 6$ parcel to Canada involves in this regard?
Just before Christmas I sent a parcel to a US mac user and I only add
to fill the FROM & TO address and the content & value of the parcel...
I wonder because I always ask that my parcel be ship by USPS early in
the transaction and I have never met this problem so far (he already
has my money...).
Have a nice New Years everybody,
JCT
