I have VPC 7 but I don't have any OS with it. I have Windows 2000 Pro from my Dell Laptop and I want to install it.

Does anyone know how to setup DOS or how to get my CD-Rom activated?

I just bought a PowerBook 1.5 Ghz with SuperDrive to replace my Dell and I want to get all my files from my Windows Machine and still be able to access my company's network.

Any assistance with the autoexec.bat files or config.sys would be greatly appreciated. I haven't used MS-DOS in many years.

You can download a DOS floppy image with CD support from the internet (google for it).

Create a new machine in VPC, boot off the floppy and install W2K from your CD. Easy as 1-2-3

If you can't find the boot floppy to download, e-mail me off list and I will send you one via e-mail.

Good luck
