Greetings;

I haven't dealt with them, but had to research them when shopping for a projector a few months ago. It was a Sony projector, and Sony has a unique warranty on bulbs, so I went as far as calling the Sony Canada National Sales manager. He said that the warranty described by me on the MacDirect.ca site was identitical to the US warranty, which was not available in Canada. I did not buy from MacDirect.ca. It appeared to me that this particular product was a US product being sold into Canada. I can't comment on whether they do this with other products. Or it could havejust been a Sales person trying to get me to buy throught the normal channels.

My question is, does anyone has ever deal with them and can consider
them safe to do business with?

Thanks
