Yep, I can confirm they're still in business (was in there two days
ago on my way home... I drop in once in a blue moon to see what they
have... don't think I've ever bought something for myself there).
A month and a bit? Chances are your order got lost or the fax didn't
actually make its way through. I'd give them a call and have them
investigate and get back to you.
