Currently, the Mac-Canada list allows posting for sale items once a year.
Given that I don't even know who the listnanny is on here, I'd vote
positively on that item, if we can agree to mark them appropriately, so that
those who aren't interested can delete without too much grief. We really
don't need a second list I don't think -- the traffic on this list is pretty
low as it is.

If the title clearly identify Saling, Buying, Swapping...
I do not see any problem to make it happen on this list.
