I've been dealing with them for years, even before they were ncix but I forget what the old name was. Never once had a problem. Their customer service is tops. Sure you got the same company? RMAs aren't a problem and they've always gone to bat for me. They're on the west coast, everyone I have spoken to has had excellent english. Mileage varies, I guess.

Yup, same one. Based out of Vancouver I think, but definately on the west coast. Huge logo on my yellow invoice/info sheet says "NCIX.COM" on it.

Was NCIX ONVIA before perhaps? ONVIA was a good company for m/o.

Yes, that was it. Part of the reason I liked them was they once sent me a double order, two hard drives and two video cards in separate shipments. I've been meaning to send the second order back.... Futureshop just did the same thing.

NCIX has changed a bit lately, though. Their product info isn't as good as it used to be. Lots of items just have the item name with no pics and no specs and no link to the manufacturers site. Plus they don't seem to lower prices on old stock for some reason.
