i did before i decided to get hold of vpc.

points of note:
1). blue lable emulator hasn't been updated in more than a year (1.6?),
so i suppose that means it's stable or the author isn't trying anymore.
2). vpc was faster than ble at the time (installed with win95),
especially graphically (i.e. monitor).
3). with vpc 3 or 4 i can't say i notice much of a difference between
win95 and win98, perhaps because win98 is itself faster even when more
demanding to emulate ... who knows ... with ble, win98 was slower.

some people seem to think it's a great program, as they can control all
sorts of (typical pc-like) parameters. me, i wanted a compatibility tool
for work, tried it with win98 and found it too slow, whereupon i was told
to try win95 by support. win 95 was ok.

i moved to vpc for reasons of commited ongoing support from connectix,
because of price vs. guaranteed compatibility, and because of X. vpc was
(3) and is much (4) better .. in my opinion.

hope this helps ...

ciao for niao ... greg
