Any idea how you've lost the left-click e.g. you mucked around in the pc control
panels? Does the scroll wheel and right mouse button work?
To navigate without a left-click, use the tab key, space key to highlight,
return key to open and the cursor keys to navigate.

What OS are you running on vpc?

Good luck
