If someone is selling a compact Mac they picked up from a skip, and doing
nothing to it, then I agree that some of the prices are too high.

OTOH, I reckon to spend an average of two hours on every compact I sell,
checking out all hardware components and replacing if necessary,
reinstalling a new System and CW4, and cleaning case, keyboard and mouse.
Given that I've bought the machines in the first place, I assure you that
no-one is being ripped off for a compact in the �40 - �50 range.
