The UK list is unique in that it is the *only* list where people are 
allowed to post stuff for sale in the UK. This is due to the fact that 
the majority of traffic in LEM Swap is US based and a lot of sellers are 
a bit funny about overseas postage on heavier items, more because of 
cost and effort than anything else.
