Hi all I've had a consistent problem with Internet Explorer on my iMac.
When I got it I started using IE 4.5, which generally worked fine. When IE 5 for Mac came out, I installed that but every time I went to fire it up, it would get so far through the process before just disappearing off screen and failing to launch. I tried dumping 4.5, but it made no difference. So I resigned myself to using 4.5. Then I spotted that 5.1 had come out, downloaded that (good job work has an ADSL connection!) and hoped that would sort it. Sadly, no joy - it does exactly the same as 5: starts to launch with the logo/panel on screen, then suddenly stops. Anyone got any ideas what the problem might be?
