I recently got an account with MyRealBox.com I got a free 10Mb account. The
service is hardly advertised, but it doesn't have banner advertisements like
Yahoo mail or Hotmail and is a very reliable service. I think you can
configure it through Outlook Express i.e. Its POP3 compliant, but so far I
just have mine configured to retrieve my mac.com e-mails. I've just been too
lazy to use the MyRealBox service much.

Still, I'd say its definitely worth a try. I found out about it through a
review of free e-mail services on LowEndMac.com
