To possibly translate the Japanese and clear up this one and for all: Looking at the pictures on the Japanese sight I can identify it straight away. The card is a CPU daughterboard out of a PCI Power Macintosh. The card in question looks from the pictures to be a 604ev Mach V processor card (from the available speeds on the reverse), which is further reinforced as it is out of a 9600/300. The cards ONLY work on MachV boards as they are cache-on-card rather than cache-on-logic-board as the slower board are. It's a pretty tasty card as far as 604e boards go, the faster the better too, anything from 300MHz up is starting to take on G3s for speed.
