What OS are you using? I ask because among the things that went wrong when we updated the OS from 9.1 to 9.2 was that we lost the use of the VST Zip 100. We put it back to 9.1 and everything worked fine. Though this was after much abortive messing around with Iomega drivers. The PowerBook we have is the G3 Wall Street.
