     Sounds like the processor is not seated correctly or a duffer - the 
slot has kind of a two stage insertion and the card needs to be 
thoroughly bottomed in the slot. The cuda logic board reset button needs 
to be pressed and held for around three or four seconds in order for the 
board to initialise the card. The bus speed - 40mhz (3x = 120mhz and 5x = 
200mhz) - may remain unaltered depending upon what model the 200 card is 
from - if the card is from a 50mhz bus speed model it may take the bus 
speed upto 50mhz. I think the 9500 is capable of 50mhz.
