I would like to get more storage capacity, ideally, 80gb. Can I replace the drive in the case with a bigger one?
It is a Seagate U10 which is ATA Ultra and 1/3 height.
Will any other ATA drive do?
just make sure its the same spec. any brand will do. you could also consider upgrading the drive in your imac.
I bought a couple of western digital drives from www.scan.co.uk the other week and they were competitively priced. 80Gb should cost you around 60-70.
