Does anyone on the list have any experience of these units? I've been intending to get some external storage for my 12" PB, and my thoughts were directed at a 160Gb or 200Gb LaCIE Firewire drive. But then I read the blurb about the MediaBank MT-R units, which are Firewire-to-IDE enclosures, and which permit either RAID 0 (striping) or RAID 1 (mirroring) to two matched disks. I'm quite attracted by this - it would cost a bit more than a LaCIE drive but the resilience/backup capability is very attractive.
Anyone got one? - I'm not familiar with the MediaBank brand at all. I gather they're Brits, however....
