A long time ago (must be over 2 years now - more like 3) I foolishly paid
for Visual MacStandardBasic (http://www.squirrelsw.com/vmsb.html) ... it's
one of those "well, it's okay... but..." type situations. It's certainly
capable of writing software in, but to be 100% honest I advise you to think
twice about purchasing it. It's $29.95 now - sure I paid about $10 or $15
for it - and you'll be pretty disapointed with it if you have ever used VB4+
or something like RealBasic.

There was a copy of RuntimeRevolution on the front of PC Pro this month. I
wonder if it is on any Mac magazine cover discs? I haven't looked at the PC
version yet, but if it's anything like the CodeWarrior, that was on their
cover disc a while back, it's PC only, but you *can* develop for the Mac
too. Bummer.
