I confess I'm at all at sea regarding this one. (My suggestion that we use
an OHP was not well received). While I confess that I think that the
requirement is somewhat of a 'sledgehammer to crack a nut' it's a case of
keeping the customer satisfied.

Simplest is a VGA splitter/amplifier - XGA in and 8 x XGA out, for example.

Many people make them.
But a data projector would seem a simpler alternative for people in the same room.
