None to both. Telewest supply and set-up the modem which connects to the Ethernet port on her Lombard and it just works. I haven't had a problem (other than one of my own making) for about two years and Telewest are OK with Macs, even knowledgeable about OS X. The service will be £5 cheaper if she also buys the digital TV/telephone package (which is anyway good value in its own right). http://www.telewest.co.uk/home/index.htm -------------- Roger Houghton Bath, England [EMAIL PROTECTED] ====================== -- Mac UK is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and... 123Inkjets.com <http://lowendmac.com/ad/123inkjets.html> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Mac UK list info: <http://lowendmac.com/lists/mac-uk.shtml> --> AOL users, remove "mailto:" Send list messages to: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/mac-uk%40mail.maclaunch.com/> Using a Mac?
