Speaking of those, mine's developed a tendency to brighten everything it captures - to the point where bright areas just white out altogether. I've got a fairly inexpensive scart->composite+s-video adaptor, and it doesn't seem to make any difference whether I use the composite leads or the s-video, I get exactly the same problem.
Any ideas?
