I've sent a DV camera from Plymouth to Nottingham a few times using Omega. I normally pad the box out with foam then (as Steve said) wrap as much bubble wrap around as possible! There's a type I use which is reinforced on one side so the bubbles don't pop as easily. Don't know if you can get that in the bigger bubble size though. If you're very worried you can get anti-static bubble wrap!
