I've just sorted out an iBook 500 MHz for my daughter, having finally got her to dump her HP laptop. I'm missing a battery, marked A1008. All I need is a dead one or one that holds very little charge to fill up the hole underneath, she will only be using it with the mains power supply.
Does anyone have a battery going cheap they have replaced for not holding a charge?
