I'm looking for a reasonably priced, second user, SCSI CDR or CDRW. Speed
not a real issue, so long as 4x is supported. I'm also not too worried if it
only writes rather than rewrites. Does anyone have anything within the
realms of 20 - 40? Erring towards the former. Internal would be ideal,
though external is doable.

Hi,
I have a scsi cdrw Traxdata 4260Pro (4x2x6) in a Umax Pulsar which I
don't use much anymore - works with Toast, Discribe, Neromax for
Macintosh etc etc and also performs like a stock apple drive with the
hacked drivers. It's been very dependable....just below it is a Plextor
40xMax scsi cd rom. Loads of room in the Pulsar....I wish my G4 had two
5.25 bays.

If they have any left, CPC were selling HP 12x8x32 external burners for 25 +VAT a while back. You need to buy a 25-way to 50HD cable for it but that's not hard to get hold of if you know a good place.
