I've been recommended:

Movable Type:
http://www.movabletype.org/

Which requires: web space, Perl and MySQL

They also do a subscription service, Typepad, where you pay for a site to be
set-up and you just get a log-in and off you go!

http://www.typepad.com/

Or you could try 'B2':

http://www.cafelog.com/

Which uses PHP instead of Perl.

But I haven't used any of these so I couldn't really say what they're like. I know a couple of friends who use Movable Type & are happy with it. Its basically a web log style content management system. See http://www.samkinsley.com for an example of it.

Regards
ian
