They also do a subscription service, Typepad, where you pay for a site to be set-up and you just get a log-in and off you go!

But I haven't used any of these so I couldn't really say what they're like. I know a couple of friends who use Movable Type & are happy with it. Its basically a web log style content management system. See http://www.samkinsley.com for an example of it.
