I just bought Norton Systemworks 3.0 for Macintosh. While this won't boot my new G4 iBook, the Symantec site assures me that a replacement CD will be sent to people in my position. But how to get hold of it?
There are two phone numbers on the Symantec US site, but these are for US/Canadian orders only. And the Europe site simply links me to the US support site, with its US numbers. So there appears to be NO WAY that a UK customer can access this replacement CD without ringing the Europe support line at 18 a throw.
Or am I missing something here?
Any ideas?
