Microsoft Works (v3 upgraded to v4), Claris Works (v2), Adobe PhotoDeluxe (v1), Snooper (v1 upgraded to 2.0.5), Safe & Sound (v1), Norton Utilities (v2), Publish-It Easy (v3), Paint-It Easy (v1), TypeStyler (v2 upgraded to 3b), ATM v2.0.3 upgraded to 3.6), RAM Doubler (v1.6.1 upgraded to v1.6.2a), AfterDark (v2 upgraded to 2.0d), More AfterDark (n/a), Lemmings (n/a), 3 in Three (n/a), Oids (n/a).
Ah, this takes me back. When I bought my iMac, I transferred everything from my old Centris 610 to it, which included...
ClarisWorks v2, Snooper, ATM 3.6, AfterDark / More AfterDark, Lemmings.
CW works under OS9 (for what it's worth, as CW6 was included anyway), but Snooper (not really surprisingly) crashed. Not sure about ATM, as I think OS9 came with v4.5. AD/MAD probably still work, although now that I have the monitor switching off after a short time, there's no point running them. Lemmings works, but without sound/music (I suspect that the Carbonising of a lot of OS9, which removed about a quarter of the API calls, IIRC probably has a lot to do with it)
Oh well, my boys continue to play Lemmings on the Centris, and they're happy enough!
