We usually go by train, as it is easy from Swindon.

Besides, purely as regards Apple kit, the Regent Street Apple Store should be opening in November, shouldn't it? I visited the New York store a couple of years ago and that was a good experience; not just the opportunity to buy, but they had genuinely knowledgeable people working in the store. Let's hope they do the same in London.
However I did enjoy MacExpo - I had a chance to speak to people from Lacie and Extensis.

Isn't anyone planning to go to the MacExpo in November?
I went last year and was a bit disappointed. if you are aware of the apple product range then its a bit dull - unless you get off by seeing 20 of everything (except decent priced ipods)
