Maybe it's not officially up yet, or it's in an in-between state?
It appears to be OK for me, although I haven't tried to buy anything. Perhaps it's just a credit card registration glitch. If you have an Apple account you could try registering your card via
https://store.apple.com/Apple/WebObjects/ukstore.woa instead (or open an account there).
It gives me the "wrong country" error each time I click the home icon, other than that I can browse fine and see the prices at �0.79.
Has anyone bought anything yet? I'm trying to buy a track, but I get an "unknown error, code 5555" :-(
