This sort of web forwarding works by placing the destination URL in a frame. What you might want to consider is buying some web space and instead changing the nameservers for sebpayne.com to those of your new host.


I'm sure others can recommend suitable hosts. The one I use (and recommend) is 22Host which charges from 99p/month for 20MB.
