It was meant to be a helping hand for the people that either didn't have BB
or couldn't afford it...if someone locally was listed you could simply call
them up and arrange to come over with your own CD and then they would burn
the updates onto a CD for you whist you talked about the latest and greatest
over a cuppa (they would store them locally, especially the older no longer
available updates or ones that were later combined...)

That way no one had any costs and everyone was happy...because it was
essentially free and a good thing it seems to have disappeared?
