Yes, my sisters Pc is utter (|24p! you're talking like �11 for the motherboard with everything on board, next to bugger all expansion and the most inconvienient hardware shipsets/drivers you have ever come across in your life! Even XP can't drive most of the hardware! you need to go to their (5|-|i+3) website and install the drivers youself.
What components in these PCs are cheap & nasty?
Everything except the power lead. ;-)
