Yes, it has the same board as the 5400 series, which means it has a single
PCI on the motherboard with a dual-height riser card for 2 PCI's


And does anyone have any cheap 32M 72 pin simms?


I'm not sure why you'd want these - the 6400 Motherboard takes 168-Pin DIMM's (Standard PowerMac 5V.)

The 72 pin simms are for my Ma and Pa's 5260. Thanks for the advice everyone.
