I'm skipping the country for sunny Australia in a bit over a week, and I've got too many errands to do already to want to post the thing. I may be willing to drop if off if you don't live too far away.
Runs under 8.6, 9.x or OS X developer preview - no idea if it works on 10.0 or later as I've not tried installing it since I upgraded to OS X.
I'm throwing in release 4.0 as well (which includes cross dev tools for windows, as well as tools native to win 95/98/NT), but that's getting _really_ old.
