Printer Problem

Since downloading my MacExpo ticket and for some reason being unable to 
print it, my Epson SC740 will not print anything else either. When I 
tried to print my ticket, I got the error message:  "pictwpstops - got 
an error disposing of document". Does that ring any bells with anyone, 
please? I am using a CRT iMac DVSE, OS X 10.3.5 and have tried this 
with both Adobe Reader 6 and Acrobat 5.
