Hi everyone,

Made the mistake of getting a bit too comfortable in bed the other night
with the Al Powerbook. I awoke to the sound of the PB clunking on the carpet
floor! Now it won't close because the right top side of the screen is ever
so slightly curved upward causing just a bit too much pressure for the
clasps to work properly. Display is fine and hinge is also good. It wouldn't
be too bad but every time I want to carry it somewhere or just close the lid
to put it to sleep it obviously won't.

Any thoughts or suggestions on how to get the lid to close properly again?
(Without going through Apple repair services, Apple care is expired.)

I will get it repaired if need be but thought I would ask here for tips
first!

17" 1.33 GHz AlPB SuperDrive.

Thanks in advance,

Richard
