I've replied and had the whole message I was replying to just 
disappear. A second try usually does the trick, though. Digests are the 
worst for that, but I don't take any of those now.

I tried this twice and then instead of trying to forward the message
actually opened a new message and did everything but type the text 
myself to
get it to be accepted to the list...nadda. It doesn't bounce though
either...just seems to go into the ether...
I've had that now and then. I've never been certain why, although it 
sometimes seems to be after I've cut and pasted into a message. In the 
end I've had to start a fresh email and type everything in again.
